The Central London employment market is having negative effects on rental prices in the capital city. According to Knight Frank the average rental prices in prime London locations dropped by 0.2 per cent in February.

Rents across England and Wales increased at their fastest monthly pace in a year during August, bringing the average bill to £713 per month, new figures indicate. In London, rents reached a new record high of £1,025 per month.
